You have up to 7days to return back an unwanted, Unused item(There are no refunds on our custom wigs or our full lace wigs or on a custom coloured hair extensions). The goods must be returned in the original form unused.
Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 5 days of receipt. And please ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission, since we may not receive your returned goods, then we will not refund. Your feedback is very important to us. All the items must be sent back completely with the original package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. And for orders with free shipping, an £8 handling charge will be incurred. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.

 

 

RETURN PROCESSING

 

Explanation and clear corresponding photographs are needed to tell us the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days from our receipt of the returned items for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions about the returns procedure in further detail, please feel free to contact us.

 

 

REFUNDS

 

Your unsatisfied items can be full or partial refunded. It depends on the situation. You should state clearly and send us photographs of unsatisfied items for the refunds. Refunds will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 1-3 working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. We will make the refund to you as soon as we receive all the items from you. And the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
