Full lace wigs allow for flexible parting and styling, including updos and high ponytails, while maintaining a flawless, undetectable finish. Your wig will be customised and installed to ensure a secure, long-lasting hold tailored to your desired look.

This service includes lace customisation (hairline plucking and knot bleaching), fitting, installation, and basic styling.

Important: Client hair must be dropped off at the salon at least 3 days before your appointment to allow enough time for wig construction and customisation. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

  * We do not provide custom colouring services for wigs that were not purchased from DVH Extensions.
  * DVH Salon reserves the right to refuse installation of damaged, poor-quality, synthetic, or unsuitable wigs.

* Standard Full Lace Wig Installation: Approximately 2 hours

Additional styling or colour services may require extra time.

A Full Lace Wig Installation should typically be maintained every week.

We recommend a Wig Refresh service every 4 weeks to keep your wig looking its best and to maintain the condition of the lace, hair, and installation.

Regular maintenance appointments help protect your natural hair and prolong the lifespan of your wig.

Please arrive with:

* Clean, freshly washed hair
* No oils, leave-in conditioners, or heavy styling products
* Fully detangled hair

If you have booked a Wash & Blow Dry add-on, you do not need to arrive with freshly washed hair.

If you have booked the Braid Down add-on, your natural hair will be braided before installation.

Failure to follow these preparation guidelines without the appropriate add-ons booked may result in additional charges, appointment delays, or rescheduling.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the service booked.

• The remaining balance is payable in the salon on the day of your appointment.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Late arrivals may result in a reduced appointment time, additional charges, or cancellation of your appointment.

• Where a service can still be completed despite a late arrival, DVH Extensions reserves the right to apply a late arrival fee to compensate for lost appointment time and disruption to the salon schedule.

Does this service include lace customisation?

When do I need to drop off my wig?
Your wig must be dropped off at the salon at least 3 days before your installation appointment. This allows sufficient time for professional customisation before your fitting.

Does this service include braiding my natural hair?
No. A braid down is not included and must be selected as an add-on when booking.

Can I bring a synthetic wig?
No. We only install high-quality human hair wigs. Synthetic wigs and synthetic blends are not accepted.

Can you colour my wig?
We only provide custom colouring services for wigs purchased from DVH Extensions. We do not custom dye client-owned wigs.

Does this service require glue?
Yes. Professional lace adhesive or lace melting spray is used to achieve a secure, natural-looking finish.

Can this be installed glueless?
No. This service is designed as a secured lace installation and requires professional adhesive or melting spray for the best finish and longevity.

Can I wear my hair in high ponytails and updos?
Yes. One of the biggest advantages of a Full Lace Wig is the ability to wear high ponytails, buns, and a wide variety of hairstyles while maintaining a natural-looking hairline.

How often should I maintain my wig?
We recommend weekly maintenance and a Wig Refresh service every 4 weeks to keep your installation looking its best.
