What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?

Raw Hair is minimally processed and offers the most natural appearance and longest lifespan, typically lasting 2–3 years with proper care. Virgin Hair has undergone light processing for texture consistency and can last up to 12 months or more with proper maintenance.

How long does the hair last?

Raw Hair: 2–3 years. Virgin Hair: up to 12 months or more. Longevity depends on maintenance and aftercare.

Minimal shedding is normal. Proper maintenance and installation will significantly reduce shedding.

Does the hair tangle?

Our premium quality hair experiences minimal tangling when properly maintained.

Can I swim with hair extensions?

Yes. We recommend rinsing the hair afterwards and applying a moisturising conditioner.

Can I reuse my extensions?

What is the difference between Machine Weft and Genius Weft?

Machine Wefts are thicker at the seam and are commonly used for traditional sew-ins. Genius Wefts are thinner, flatter, lightweight, and can be cut without shedding, making them ideal for discreet installations.
