Our In-Salon Consultation is the perfect starting point if you’re unsure where to begin. We take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions and create a personalised plan to help you achieve the best possible results.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the service booked.
• The remaining balance is payable in the salon on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• Late arrivals may result in a reduced appointment time, additional charges, or cancellation of your appointment.
• Where a service can still be completed despite a late arrival, DVH Extensions reserves the right to apply a late arrival fee to compensate for lost appointment time and disruption to the salon schedule.
• All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
